Modern Solutions transformed our bathroom into a functional, safe, and comfortable space for everyone regardless of age, mobility or ability. Tim helped to make our bathroom mobility-friendly and functional by starting with a comprehensive assessment of our specific needs. We discovered we needed a non-slip shower floor, grab bars in the shower and by the toilet and new shower doors that made access to our shower bench safer. Tim understood the key elements of an ADA compliant bathroom, creating a space that is not only accommodating now, but adaptable for a safer, more comfortable life for years to come. The entire process from bid to completion was handled professionally and efficiently. The team was courteous and conscientious, keeping us informed at each step, completing the project as scheduled and on budget. Modern Solutions reglazed our cast iron tub. Their responses and communication were prompt and helpful. The technician was very polite and careful. He did a good job on our tub, kept our bathroom clean, and used equipment to lessen the chemical smell. Our bathtub looks beautiful and new! Followup customer service was also above and beyond.

Great experience all-around. Called a few companies, met with reps and took bids. Tim answered my first call and met with us the next day. He had the best insight and bid - easy decision. You do get what you pay for. . . and we didn't want to have to replace / repaint for another 20 years. We were scheduled within the week, took one day for "the other Tim" to knock it out - and boy did he!! Looks brand new! Everyone we worked with on staff at MS was professional, prompt, and was readily available for communication. Didn't take before photo. . .don't want to remember. . . just remember to follow the rules. Waiting to tape off to finish painting - - get that yellow frog tape (thanks "the other" Tim for the tip!) ready! Thanks MS - - great work!
