I was in need of a part, and while he didn't have it, he was able to give me the information I needed to get the part without the hassle of not being an HVAC company. It's unbelievable that the supply houses will not sell you parts to fix your furnace yourself, when the only regulated part of your HVAC is the refrigerant. When our blower motor went out at home, my boyfriend knew exactly how to fix it but just needed the part. He called around to various HVAC suppliers near by, only to be turned away because he wasn't a licensed professional. Despite the setbacks, we didn’t give up. We continued to make calls until we reached St. Louis HVAC Supply, where a very kind man (I wish I remembered his name) helped us get exactly what we needed within an hour of our call. The part on Amazon was $358 with a two-day wait, but we got it from St. Louis HVAC Supply for half the cost. Additionally, we were advised to get another part to work with the blower motor, which was crucial for a successful installation on the first try. Called Jerry at 7am after waking up to find our house a bit warm during a major heat wave. I did some trouble shooting (I’m not an HVAC tech) and decided to replace the capacitor before calling a company to come out and have a look. Jerry was extremely helpful over the phone and although he didn’t personally come out to fix the issue, he told me exactly what I needed and where to buy the materials. Luckily it was an easy fix and we were back up and running within a couple of hours and saved a few hundred as well. Thanks, Jerry!

Hands down best experience I've had with any company in all my adult life and I'm old as dirt. I would give him an A++++ and recommend this company to anybody. Super helpful and friendly, Jerry helped me out with getting me a motor for my furnace fan that I could install myself. He really saved us from being cold this weekend and saved us a lot of money too! I will definitely keep him in mind for next time!
