DJ, Joe and Andrew did a great job. DJ let us know everything that was going on and what to expect. He was very friendly and informative. Once the job was done Joe let us know what they did and sent us the before and after pictures of everything. We had a great experience and the job was completed in a very timely manner. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and great service

The services provided by SafeAir Duct Care met my expectations; I had HVAC duct & vent cleaning, and the dryer vent cleaned as well. I am leaving four stars because the staff were professional and polite, however; after the job was completed I found a balled up piece of green plastic tape used to cover the vents in the middle of the floor of the main bedroom, one vent left open/perhaps forgotten about still covered with tape and not put back in place in an upstairs bathroom, and another vent near the fireplace still covered in tape. The job itself seems to be completed well, and took 3-4 hours, but for a service that cost over $1,000.00, I don’t think it’s unreasonable that technicians to double check that no trash is left behind and all vents are put back properly.

Aaron, Avery and Rocky arrived at the promised scheduled time. They immediately took ownership of our job. They were very respectful and cautious as they moved about our home. It was quite apparent to us that they were genuinely invested in our Safe Air Duct Care customer care experience. We chose this company, because of word of mouth recommendations, which they primarily rely on, which is how we heard of them. Their prices are less than some of the other companies that advertise a lot. If you go with some other duct companies, essentially you’re paying more to pay for their advertising to try and induce you to go with them! Chase and Tim couldn't have been more nice and respectful. They wore booties in the house and were careful not to bump my walls or door frames with their equipment. They outlined things with me up front so I knew the exact cost and what they were doing. There was no up-selling at all. They sent me before and after photos that were impressive. They also called me before they came and when they got here. They were patient with my dogs. The office was also great and even called to see if we wanted them to come sooner than scheduled. I had a great experience. Kudos to Chase and Tim!

Joe and his team provided a great estimate after quickly and thoroughly reviewing the house and the ductwork. The estimate felt very honest, and the analysis was spot on. Joe took the time to educate me whenever I asked questions, even though I was unfamiliar with many of the details. Everyone was very professional and hardworking, and I could clearly feel the difference after the work was done. The before-and-after photos were especially helpful and clearly explained how important duct cleaning is. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a genuine, no-nonsense experience. Wyatt was another team member we communicated with, and he was excellent as well—very helpful and thorough in explaining every step of the process.
