The guys were right on time with the scheduled window. They showed up and were very friendly! They got right to work and were respectful of our home. Considerate and friendly interaction with kids running around. They finished so quickly and the counters look INCREDIBLE! Very very very clean caulk lines. Polishing looks way nice. They were clean and quick.

If you buy countertops through Home Depot, you will be working with Accent Countertops. For the most part, my experience with Accent was pleasant and professional. However, I feel that I was not adequately guided nor counseled by the Home Depot rep prior to paying and signing a contract, which I want to share to possibly help someone else. Many of these lessons we learned after the 5 business day refund window ended for us, resulting in us not having a kitchen sink for weeks. We bought a house that had concrete countertops and solid concrete formed sinks, including an apron front kitchen sink that probably weighed 100+ lbs of solid concrete. We love our new countertops and are happy we came across this beautiful Jardin Emerald when we stopped by in person. We originally had another in mind but this added the warmth & green tones we desired for our home. The staff were lovely and helpful all around. We were however, thrown off by the amount of glue that was left on our white cabinets (not pictured). My partner and I had to scrub off the dark glue spots from a handful of cabinets right as they left - before these photos. As we knew once it dried, it’d be nearly impossible to remove. Other than that, we’re satisfied.
