Accurate Heat & Air

Got a new unit in July Trish put us on a do not service list do to issues I had with the guy installing and no quoted price that seemed to fluctuate depending on who you spoke with, I now have a gas leak and Trish told me to find someplace else! The owner is a nice guy but his office staff needs a serious overhaul! Beware because if you have an issue and you have pissed Trish off you will not get any help with service even when it’s an issue like leaking gas!

Had the fire dept an ong out to our house Monday night for a gas leak. Come to find out the control box on our furnace was bad. Called accurate heat an air. Trish had walker out on Tuesday. He said he had to order one but wouldn't be in till Friday. Got a call on wensday (day before Thanksgiving) said he found one in Ponca. He drove there an back, got it installed. Just in time before real cold weather set in. I would highly recommend this company. They went above an beyond the call of duty. Thank you guys for everything
