Noah our Ace Handyman was scheduled to come to our home at 11:00 today. He called us before our appointment to let us know that he’s stuck on his current project and would make it to our home around 2:00-2:30. It is 3:00 at the time of this review and he is still not here. This is very unprofessional and he didn’t even call us to let us know that he would be even more late. Update: at 3:17 Noah called us to inform us that there is a lot of traffic ahead and he would be at our house around 3:45. Update: 3:47 and still not a call from our security gate that Noah has arrived at the gate. He’s late again Final update: Noah got to our home at around 3:52 He might have been really late but he did a wonderful job with 2/3 of our projects. I needed a range hood installed and an electrical outlet for my garbage disposal. My handyman was prompt (actually, was a little early). Extremely friendly. Did an awesome job and cleaned up thoroughly after.
