Came out quickly and said the window could be repaired. Called back days later and said the part was unavailable and would need a whole new window. Came the next day to install the window and then measured it and said I would need a custom window. Took out some trim around the window, said he was going to Hime Depot (where windows were purchased 5 years ago) to see if he could get a window. Called back over an hour later and said they could get a custom window, but it would take 3-4 weeks before it would come in.
