Unfortunately, i have changed my rating to 1 star and I will only go back to this Ace if I absolutely must. I called about price matching with a competitor. They accidentally left the phone off the hook after our conversation and I could hear them talking about me. The employee, who claimed to be a manager, said I was an idiot to think they would take a loss on this product. They also said if I didnt want to shop there anymore than good riddance. The difference was $100. I was told it would not be possible to match that. Fine but dont call me an idiot and be nonplussed about losing a customer.

I love this store! The people are friendly, they greet me by my first name, always helpful when I'm there. America needs more stores and staff like this. Great job guys keep it up!

Along with Harmony Co-op, they are the nicest staff in town. The manager helped me buy a chainsaw and seeing that I've never used one before, took the time to explain all the details.

Terrible and law breaking captain using dangerous maneuvers putting other boats ant risk, not to mention observed illegal drug snd ancohol activity while operating his vessel. Date of occurrence was 8/9/25
