Gregg's has done a number of projects for us, to include a drinking water filtration system, various repairs, and the plumbing work for a bathroom remodel which included moving the toilet. Today, Dillon was out to finish up the final work on the bathroom remodel to include the vanity, sink, faucet, and drain. The leaky hot/cold water inputs were also replaced. Dillon called prior to leaving Gregg's to discuss the scope of the project and to ensure he had everything needed when he arrived. When he was here he worked efficiently and routinely touched base with us to ensure things were done to our satisfaction. Dillon had a good rapport, great communication, and his work was exceptional. Zack came out to our home this last Sunday, we had been away for the weekend and came home to a complete mess from our swear backing up into our basement. Zack was amazing, professional and knowledgeable! He found that we had 4 feet of roots that was causing the blockage. Cleaned it out in a jiffy and we were all so happy to shower!

Charged us almost $1000 on a bill. I called for a breakdown of the invoice and the receptionist said she didn’t have time for that and hung up on me. They also broke our bidet when we asked them to replace a part. Spent time on it and then only realised they didn’t know how to work on it. I feel scammed and worst customer service ever. Edit: lies yet again. Yes you eventually called me back and when I asked for a breakdown over the phone, you provided same. I never said I was satisfied. I asked you to send me the breakdown via email so my husband can confirm whether or not the work was done. That breakdown was never sent to us. Shady when you don’t send breakdowns of your invoice. We bought a new hot tub this last summer and everyone has been awesome to work with. They are very responsive and knowledgable. Couldn’t ask for better hot tub or crew or hot tub!!!!!

I’ve used Gregg’s Plumbing for several services, most recently to replace my drain lines and install a laundry room sink and drain pump. Everything was done professionally and looks great. Dylan did a good job explaining what he was doing and how it would look when finished. Highly recommended!
