We had an ailing furnace system. When the blower fan finally gave out ($1200 part + labor) we reached out to several local HVAC companies for quotes to replace the system. Of all of them, Naylor was the quickest to get out to provide a quote. They were fair in their pricing. They showed up and did the complete remove/replace in a day. No surprises in the final bill. They got us the necessary paperwork to get a rebate through our electric company. It was all money well spent. We had an insurance claim on our utility room for water damage and Naylor did a great job putting together a bid for the insurance company to remove/install the furnace system so the flooring could be replaced. Garrett, I think that's his name, is professional, thorough, kind, and very helpful. He was just here to do the annual maintenance on my furnace. He showed me how I can clean the air exchanger myself, as it should be done more than once a year. I'm always pleased with Naylor.
