Austin is honestly an awesome person/worker . My mom has had to call wagners multiples times for work on her mobile home and the company is so great and kind and especially Austin he explained things so well to her she stated and he is so kind especially when having to go check on piping in a bathroom that hadn’t been touched in years and it was in really bad shape. He didn’t make her feel bad once and understood the situation and was so kind. Thank you wagners and especially Austin, I know for a fact she doesn’t like using anyone else.

John from Wagner’s came in with plenty of experience to repair our furnace in short order. During a period of -20 below temperatures, it was Greatly appreciated. Very Professional job John. We had been without water for almost 4 days and they came out the day after I called, despite being extremely busy due to the polar vortex. Keegan and Austin were very friendly knowledgeable, and professional and figured out quickly that the problem was a pump regulator. They had it fixed and our water back on in a little over an hour, including the time to get the part they needed. I was very happy with their service and will call them again if I need plumbing service, and would highly recommend them!

We had Wagner Plumbing replace a Water Heater for us. They came promptly and were very professional and efficient. Hot water is not something we want to be without for very long, so their promptness was appreciated. We had plans to replace a water softener too, so I purchased one before they arrived and they installed that at the same time, saving me any additional fees for an extra trip. I highly recommend this company.
