I am a contractor who has an account with them and they still charged me FOUR times the amount for a capacitor that I can get it at my local supply houses, or online. They associate was polite and they had what the part I needed so that is why I am giving two stars instead of one. I feel like I got ripped off though.

They could have the parts that they have, but if the part is incorrect and even if it’s been used for like a few seconds, they will not take it back especially if it’s electrical and if they do take something back as noted on the receipt they will charge you 20% restocking fee, so keep in mind to make wise choices in purchasing things from them before either losing your money or losing partial of the money. Even if the part was tested you will lose your money

I'm in there almost everyday and the guys behind the counter are very accommodating. Always professional, never nasty or rude. It's a pleasure to go to.
