I could not have asked for a more helpful, informed and courteous individual as Ed, to guide me through an issue as stressful as the one I experienced on Saturday. My downstairs area had been covered with disgusting water that had flowed from a toilet due to a main sewer line clog. He and his crew are making things right and making me confident that I will get back to normal.
