Nick and I decided to replace the compressor since the unit was in very good shape. By doing this, I saved a lot of money. Nick demonstrated his expertise on replacing the compressor and cleaning up the electrical control box. The refrigerant was recovered and then reused. All was put back together and the system works fine. Nick was very thorough.

I felt so lucky to have a technician out the same day. He was very patient answering my questions and I’m very happy with the outcome

I cannot think of a worse experience with a contractor. I'd give them zero stars if that were an option. I needed a toilet and vanity re-connected after a new floor was installed. I stopped at their office and let them know I wanted to create a client record and set an appointment. They told me they do estimates first and then get a deposit. I was completely fine with that and on that Wednesday we scheduled for an estimate on Friday. On Friday morning, I called to confirm my appointment but they didn't have it on the schedule. A bit later they called to tell me they had a technician that could come do the estimate. He came out and we went over what I needed. I told him I'd like the work done the following Friday. Today, Wednesday I called to confirm that I was on the schedule for Friday. L

Valdo’s installed our north wildwood condo AC about 7 years ago. I have recommended them to many other owners in our complex, and all the owners have always been happy. Today I had a problem with my condensation vent being clogged. I was concerned over flooding my neighbor below. Called Valdo’s, they realized it was an emergency and squeezed me in even though they were booked. They arrived when they said they would, as courteous and professional as always. I will always used Valdo’s and always recommend them first.

They have the trucks and the people, and were a local company who was able to service my heater in Wildwood. I don't live there year around and had to give them a key, so they could come back and fix it when they got the part. They never contacted me to let me know that the work was done or how much it costs, they just charged my credit card. I didn't get a bill, or a receipt, text or call. I know the repair was simple, and the cost was over 400$. A hundred for diagnosis, 120? for the first hour, and the part? So they were there to fix it when others could not Service the unit. there was a strong fast talking attempt to sell an expensive thermostat. Then no communication. I suppose that they were busy, but still should have been contacted.
