ACO Floors

REVISED Review: Updated to add that after posting this review, ACO contacted me and immediately offered to completely replace my stair runner and correct the mistakes. I'm delighted that they've been willing to stand behind their work and take care of their customers. I remain happy with the design of the runner I chose and the durability of the wool material which has withstood kids up and down the stairs -- I've not had any issues with stains in spite of many spills. I'm looking forward to having the new runner installed with attention to detail on the install process that will hopefully prevent the same issues in the future. I highly recommend America's Carpet Outlet. I had new floors installed in laundry room, kitchen, family room, living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms, and 2 hallways. I am over the moon happy with the products & service from ACO from start to finish! I was impressed with Joyce, Dave, & Shannon from the moment I walked into the showroom. All were very kind & polite. Joyce was informative about the products on my first visit & generous with the samples I took home that day. Om a second visit, Shannon was extremely helpful to my decision making, giving me decorating tips, making thoughtful suggestions, and educating me about the quality of luxury vinyls. We worked with Dave, and he was great! He answered all our questions, the price was great, and a local company completed the installation. It looks great, and I'm really mostly happy with it. I only say "mostly happy" because a light colored carpet might turn out to be a little ambitious on my part, but it looks great in the space.

I absolutely love my new carpet and flooring -- fast for ordering and installation. Everyone was very professional and friendly to work with. I highly recommend ACO for your flooring needs!
