Action Plumbing Company

I can't say enough great things about Luke and Mark at Action Plumbing. We noticed our water bill continuously climbing and thought we had a leak, so we called Action to see if they could help us out. They took their time, traced our entire plumbing system, and found several issues they were able to correct immediately, and ultimately located the leak. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and showed up early to their appointment time. I will continue using Action Plumbing for my residential and commercial properties.

My builder used this company for an addition on our home. I was not happy the second I saw them using cpvc. I left them the tub and valve with trim kit and black tub drain/overflow kit. They put a chrome tub drain/overflow kit in. I also opened my vanity I showed them where I wanted the water lines and drains at. The still installed the too low and had to come out and cut brand new sheetrock out and left a huge mess to move it. The toilet supply line was at a 45° angle from the wall. When I tried to install the trim kit after the tile was installed the valve was sticking too far out of the wall. They came back and cut out brand new sheetrock and left a huge mess again. My spout is loose and another mess to clean up. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

I had a very deceptive and frustrating experience with Action Plumbing Company. I was quoted a $145 service call fee over the phone, with the clear understanding that it would be applied toward the cost of any needed repair. A technician came to my home, assessed the situation, and determined it was actually a septic issue—not something they handle. No repair was done, and no plumbing service was performed beyond the diagnostic. However, I was later billed $495. I immediately contacted the company to dispute the charge and asked to speak with a manager or owner. I was told that no one was available and that the invoice would not be adjusted. Action Plumbing is a life saver! We had recently bought our home and needed our old, broken cast iron plumbing replaced immediately. We had a very tight timeline and Action came in with an amazing crew and finished the whole job in one day! We were able to move in with fresh plumbing, that has been perfect ever since. We are so grateful for Action Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone!

Anthony and his partner were very professional at their job and super kind. He went over my plumbing needs and got right to it. Both of them didn't waste any time either working.
