Active Pest Control continues to impress me every month, even after 8 years! Chad Elliot and Trevor are EXCEPTIONAL with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! They are very professional when they call before each appointment. It was amazing to watch Chad Elliot on my home video while I was at work. He was smiling and working so hard especially when he was cleaning the outside window and doors. Even my coworkers were impressed. I was thankful he took extra time at the basement area and patio. Thanks Active Pest Control! I will continue to refer you to everyone.

Excellent service from Active Pest Control! The technician Victor did a fabulous job and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the service was done thoroughly. I really appreciated their expertise and his attention to detail. Always a pleasure. Russ called to say that they originally canceled all appointments due to weather, but with no bad weather in our area, he would like to treat our house and yard as previously scheduled. I was expecting them to come & had already made preparations. So, I was so glad that our service tech called to say he would be by a little later & would call back, when he was on his way. Hard to beat that type of service.

Avoid at all cost. I wanted just ONE service, then continued to be a process of not being able to cancel the “ plan.” Proceeds to come even when insisted a service was not needed or wanted! Do not waste your time. The service offered anyway is overpriced for the quality of work. Worse customer service.
