Top tier service! I don’t give a lot of reviews, but good people deserve them when I do. A few weeks ago (April 2025) I came home late from work one evening to find that my house was hot and I assumed the A/C system wasn’t working. I called around to find an expert and found ADEPT. My phone call was answered immediately and Mr. Jordan said he would take a look. He arrived very quickly and pin pointed the issue. He was knowledgeable, humble, and trustworthy. He stayed for quite a few hours, explained what happened, what was broken and how he was going to fix the issue. Turns out the DIY job I did to install one of those Google Nest devices wasn’t done right. Whoops! I am so grateful to him for taking care of the issue, explaining to me without making me feel dumb, and just have a great
