Everyone from Ken P to Justin, Matt, Patrick did a great job with our install. Ken was our rep and explained everything so well. He showed us different options, absolutely no pressure, answered our questions and gave great responses and opinions where asked. He was very responsive through our entire process and followup. 💯 % The install crew was very pleasant and worked great. We have such a small attic I felt so bad and made brownies for them. They were able to answer our questions we asked. We even had to have my dad over one day. Worked well with everyone. Justin and his team did an outstanding job replacing our old duct system and insulating our attic! They fixed so many issues with our old unit, and we are beyond grateful for their service. Justin truly went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the care and quality of the work.
