Mr Jerry had repaired the ice maker on my side by side refrigerator over 2 hrs ago. While he was here he showed me how to troubleshoot the problem if it reoccurring. Well it did it again. He answered my call when I called him. Offered to come service it for a fee of coarse, his time has value too. While on the phone he gave detailed instructions on my problem. A little effort and problem solved. He may have lost the service fee, but he gained a customer forever. Thank You Mr Jerry for your professionalism and customer service. You are an ambassador in your craft!!!!

We contacted Jerry this morning to see if he would be able/willing to help repair a broken dryer. He was at our house within 2 hours to see what parts were needed, and he got us back up and running in the same day! I definitely recommend his services! We’ll be using him again, no doubt.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Smith’s services. My husband called him the morning our dryer timer broke and he was at the house in just a couple hours to examine the timer and determine no additional parts would be necessary for the repair. He then drove to get the part and returned a few hours later to complete the repair. He talked with me about what happened to the timer and we chatted about life. He was very pleasant and when I called him a few days later because the new knob cracked, he was happy to help me troubleshoot! Thankfully he had told me to keep the old knob just in case (since they’re just hunks of plastic) so it was an easy swap! 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you, Mr. Smith!

We had our dryer go out at 8:00 p.m., I did a quick search and found Jerry Smith had excellent reviews. I called him and he picked up right away, and set up a time the following day. There was an issue with parts availability but he was able to find a better part that worked out just fine. The repair was completed even before our scheduled time and for a fair price. Jerry seems to be an honest business man and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to family, friends and others. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

My refrigerator went out and after looking at reviews for appliance techs I ran across Mr. Smiths and they were accurate! He came right away and not only fixed my refrigerator but gave me plenty of helpful things to do to prevent the issue from coming up again! Very affordable and knowledgeable. You won’t go wrong with Mr.Smith, a true honest and helpful man not looking to rip you off.
