CKD Remodeling

As we transitioned from the military, and moved back to NW Florida, we needed to find a contractor to renovate our house that was rented for over 18 years.  This project was going to be conducted long distance prior to moving back from our last duty station in a different state with a 7 month timeline to renovate. We found CKD through our close friends who had contracted Steve and Sarah for a bathroom renovation, and after seeing the quality of their work, we decided to meet to discuss our project.  From the get-go, they both gave us the confidence to trust them with our re-modeling project. We have undergone several remodeling projects, and our experience with CKD is by far the best. Steve and Sarah are a great team. They listened to our ideas, provided valuable guidance, and completed the project ahead of schedule. Their expertise and quality workmanship gave us the kitchen we wanted. For future home improvements, we don’t need 3 estimates; we only need 3 letters: C-K-D!

We love what they did for us on our first floor (Kitchen) in August. So much so that we have hired them again to do the Master Suite upstairs. They had a great crew! Below are some pictures when we bought the furnished house in 2019, a couple as we removed alot of stuff, and the Reno in August 2023.

Steve and Sarah were great to work with! They took the time to answer all our questions throughout the project and were really good about communicating next steps and what to expect. They always showed up when they said they would and made sure our project finished on time. They also helped us with design choices and we now have the kitchen of our dreams! If we ever have other projects, we will definitely call CKD!
