Living in Destin, we encountered a problem with our home's air conditioning unit. Before departing for work, I observed dripping from the living room ceiling vent. I promptly went upstairs to inspect the unit, where I found an excessive amount of condensation and a considerable water puddle beneath it. Updated review. Can’t say enough good things about Chris and his company. Reached out to him and he said he could come by the following day. Had it working within the hour. Was honest and thorough about what could be the issue and it ended up needing a new capacitor, like he said hoping was the only issue. I wish more businesses were like Chris as it’s hard to find truly honest companies around here. Highly recommended. Christopher came to give an estimate on a new unit as we were told the motor was bad on our current one. He never tried to sell us a new one because he had a barely used replacement motor and said that he didn't think it was worth replacing if he could fix it.
