Adirondack Septic Tank

They are amazing. Worked with me to help me locate my septic tank and as soon as I did had someone out that day. Their communication was impeccable. And absolutely nice humans. Definitely reccomend.

We had a main drain clog and we’re crunched for time and Adirondack Septic can through for us in less than 12 hours a day after a holiday ! Very impressed with their response time . We will highly recommend them to others !

A driver pulled into my yard over 20 feet passed my driveway to pump the septic. Mind you no one else ever had to pull in that far. The driver got stuck and had to call another truck to pull him out. After pulling out the truck my yard was torn up deeply. I went out and asked why he had pulled into my yard passed the driveway. The man said “it was an accident.” I replied “ I don’t understand a few feet maybe but 20?” The man that pulled him out told me “you’re just a renter, you don’t matter.” I guess renter rights don’t matter to this company. Yes I called to complain and the company basically said the same thing about me being the renter. I pay my rent for this property that includes my yard where I have kids and dogs. Thank god we were not out side if he could “accidentally” back 20 fee

Very responsive. Delivery guy was pleasant and helpful. The "flushable" potty is well worth it!

Had another plumber that wasn’t able to unclog my main drain of my house. He directed me to Adirondack Septic. It took a little while before they were able to get someone to me, but once they were able to get people to me, their workers were extremely professional, and knowledgeable. It was not an easy fix, but they worked until it was fixed and I found the rate to be reasonable. Overall a great experience. If I need to be serviced in the future I know who I will be calling.
