Picked up a few things and had the rest delivered. The people that work here are very helpful. The wood they delivered was great and not all twisted and wet like the big box stores. Thanks again will be ordering more things soon.

This review is based on the customer support team at the Perth location, since the company is somewhat irrelevant. A company is only as good as its employees. If everyone at this location was as good as Aaron, it would be 5 stars. Aaron is very kind & helpful.

My daughter was just at the Ballston spa store on my recommendation. She bought a house in broadalbin and is pretty much rebuilding it. She does an amazing job of researching products she will be using ,if she doesn’t know she will ask someone with expertise in the particular field.she’s building a fireplace and needed fake stone. I had told her that Curtis has a nice product and should check it out. She didn’t want to go there because of bad experiences in the past with their customer service. She bought five cases of stone she liked and then asked about grouting the joints. I guess the guy gave her an attitude like he couldn’t be bothered. He told her that grout is for tile not stone. So he didn’t or couldn’t give her an answer.if he didn’t know he should have asked someone who knew. Ins

Excellent service! Staff was fast and friendly. I was in and out In 10 minutes counting getting loaded up with lumber. This would have been an hour process at Home depot.

Very bad sand! My kids wanted a sandbox so we came to CURTIS LUMBER INC. and we bought 3 sandbags. BUT I found 4 ants in THE BAGS. OMG my kids were freaking out. This is not acceptable and I will never have this bad of an experience here again because I WILL be talking to your manager about this. For anybody who's reading this please stay away from the sand bags and DO NOT buy them. I wasted so much money to find 4 ANTS in my bags. Its not okay. BE CAREFUL!
