I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. I was told I needed a panel upgrade (100AMP to a 200AMP) for other work I was planning to do—which was unexpected on my end. The initial company I called quoted me at least $6,000 for an 8-hour job (with a crew of 3-4 men) just for panel work. Working with a strict budget and limited time, I called Tom. Tom came out quickly and immediately gave me a quote far more reasonable. Within a couple of weeks, Todd and Tyler came back out and did the job within 6 hours. The company has their own bucket truck, which was a huge plus because other companies would’ve charged me a rental fee for one. have been trying to get a technician from this company to look at a hot water heater they installed in March 2024 that isn't working properly... without success. I've called 2 times since December 2024 and was given the run around both times. It's now February 2025, water heater still not working properly, no technician has shown up ,still haven't even received a call from lous electric. I highly DO NOT recommend any company that takes your money and doesn't stand behind their products & workmanship.

I needed extensive electrical work done, wires that were damaged from plumbing issues, that had to be replaced and one by one I was losing power from most of my outlets! Also needed additional circuits and a new outlet as I work from home! They did a great job! The price was what I expected as the work was extensive but always worth it when you have honest people doing an honest job! I won’t hesitate to call them again for any future work! You need honest professionals that know what they are doing! I highly recommend Lou’s Electric!! Price was fair and worth what had to be done!

Several items were added to my bill that should not have been. The owner claimed that something was stolen from my property after he gave me a quote, which it was not, I was charged for a damaged part before he discussed it with me, and some of the work I hired them for was never completed. The work was fine, and the electricians who came by to work were great, but my experience with the company was poor. After waiting for the incomplete work to be finished for over a month, they tacked on finance charges! They were completely inflexible about resolving any problem. The whole experience was uncomfortable and difficult. Their unwillingness to address my concerns and the sheer number of issues that came up are not reflective of a company I would feel comfortable recommending. I had so many p
