Needed kerosene told Egelston we were very low we were afraid we were going to run out and the weather was in the single digits. They didn't seem to care said they couldn't deliver Monday due to incoming storm, would be there on Wednesday. In the meantime we ran out on Tuesday and called them for an emergency delivery they said they couldn't because they didn't have anyone in our area until Wednesday. We are literally one town over from them...Guess they don't care about long time, good paying customers! Called Marabito and we became new customers that day! They came within the hour, filled us up and we were good to go. They were absolutely fantastic!! Buh-bye Egelston's!!!!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the gentleman I dealt with on my delivery. Having just ran out of oil for my house last night I was concerned for the well being for my three small children. I shopped around for prices and earliest delivery and was blown away by the response. Being one of the cheapest was great, but their unmatched service is what sold me. Every other company wouldn't deliver until next Thursday, due to holidays which is completely understandable, but they said they could be here today. 15 minutes later Ty was here and helped me with finding everything and answering any questions I had. After finding out that I was completely out of oil he offered to bleed the system and ensure it was working properly before he left. He then returned 5-10 minutes late

My memory was jogged about the 1st rate service I received from this company when I saw their fuel truck delivering to a neighbor just now. They delivered the heating fuel promptly and professionally the first time I used their service. Then when I called needing help because my furnace wasn't working the technician came right over. He and eventually his boss solved the problem. Thank you for such quality affordable service. I will remember who to call and refer to in the future.

They installed my replacement oil tank a year ago and they did an amazing job. Ive used them for many years for fuel delivery and had no idea they also service heaters. Very happy with these people and will continue to use them.

They came and repaired someone else's screw up immediately and were more than fair in the pricing. Normally I only use them to deliver fuel but when I called and explained I had another company come service the furnace the night before and that I now had no heat, they were quick to respond, quick to get to the home and quick to fix it. I cannot thank you enough for fixing it and eliminating not only my family freezing but any potential hazard as well. Thank You Egelston!
