They just stopped showing up last summer. We let it slide -- they had been loyal for years, so we figured that it was just a one time thing. Then our pool turned green. We called them multiple times before they finally sent someone out. We thought everything was taken care of, but then they didn't show up the following week or the week after that. It kept happening over and over for months - they wouldn't show up; we called them multiple times; the pool turned green; they would show up a couple of weeks later complaining that they had to shock the pool. Finally, we just fired them. We put it in writing so there would be no mistake. Three weeks later, they sent us another bill for services that they hadn't provided!!!!!
