Prices remain fair, the work is reliable, and never once have they tried to nudge me toward unnecessary repairs. In a galaxy where surprises often lurk in the vents, it’s refreshing to find a crew you can trust. Reliable they are. Recommend them, a Jedi surely would.

We called Pinney in an emergency situation. Because we called other plumbers to try and get someone out there as soon as possible, they refused to come out, were very rude, and stated they only work with loyal customers. It's not uncommon to call around in an emergency to get someone out as soon as possible with how busy plumbers are. I see other customers have had this situation with them in the past as well. I would not recommend doing business with this company if you wanted to be treated with respect and understanding.

Wish I could give this place a decent review, but I called for emergancy services (as other plumbers who do not do emergancy work, said to call) but they are only taking current customers? Ugh I get it, but gosh darn we dont have a working toilet and you tell me to call back 2 days from now to become a customer.

Many overlooked elementary level mistakes were made during a seemingly rushed and very expensive installation. Other local companies are available. I thought pinney would stand for attention to detail and quality. Not the case. Ethan had an extremely childish response to a large list of blatant mistakes. While preaching his sterling credentials. It made it worse.

Ethan was more than responsive. Couldn't have been more worried about getting our heat on. Very knowledgeable and explained everything that he found and made sure that we knew and understand everything. Couldn't thank him enough for everything he did for our family. Went above and beyond!!
