Such a great experience with ADS. They came out and fixed my garage door same day I called. Jesus was our repair technician and he was so friendly and efficient. Overall A+!!!

Contacted ADS for maintenance on my garage. My wife said it was making a loud noise upon opening/closing. Jesus came over within the scheduled window and performed a very thorough evaluation. He pointed out cracks on the door and gave me plenty of honest feedback and recommendations. Jesus was professional and polite. He answered all my questions and coordinated the upcoming replacement almost immediately. He and the ADS team provide the best customer service time and time again. Highly recommend for any and all garage needs.

ADS has been great for me, we had dual gate operators installed with magnetic locking mechanisms and also a walk-through pedestrian style gate that has keypads to control both gates from inside and outside of the property, they also have remotes for the drive through gate. So needless to say they put a very nice system together for us. But recently we had an issue with a keypad that was resolved quickly and was cost efficient. We will be calling them for all of out gate needs in the future. The gate technician Arturo is very knowledgeable and friendly. He has provided exactly what we have needed. I highly recommend them and they have made it easy when it came to installation and repair. Five stars from me.

It was a second visit by Jorge. It was the first visit which prompted me to reach back out to ADS to do our project (which was well accommodated by Justin by letting us know of promotional rate). Scheduling and Jorge’s prompt arrival was welcomed. Job was completed quickly, cleanly and providing advise on routine maintenance to be performed. Thank you Jorge.
