Garage Door Pros offered fast and amazing service. Andy was super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He tightened the chain and attached a brace to help extend the life of our heavily used garage door. There services were very reasonably priced and affordable and were presented up front. They were able to squeeze in a visit despite our very busy schedules. I will definitely contact them for any future maintenance and repairs.

We bought a new house a few months ago and yesterday the garage spring broke. It happens usually every like 5-10 years - not for us though! This past June we had just replaced the spring at our old house before we moved, so I knew what to do. Call this company. They showed up the next day and took care of it. I research things extensively and want a fair price, good quality work, and prompt service. San Diego Door Pros checked all the boxes. They work fast, offer a 5 year warranty, and are polite and professional. Andy did a great job today and took care of both the springs and our door, which needed a support. They’re knowledgeable and do good work. I highly recommend them.

We’ve used Garage Door Pros for over 5 years, every time we call, Andy is quick to answer, even evenings and weekends, and he gets someone over right away. I had Door Pros out to service my Clopay garage door and install a mail slot through the door. My door had been opening slowly and the springs were covered with rust. Andy Perez, the service technician, recommended replacing the springs and showed me how to maintain them with a spray lubricant to prevent rusting in the future. He also showed me how to lubricate the hinges and rollers to keep the door in good shape going forward. Andy recommended tightening the springs at least once a year to keep the door opening smoothly and avoid damaging the motor. Andy was extremely personable and knowledgeable, explaining everything he did to restore the door to good operating condition.
