I own a rental condo in Carlsbad and after 8 years, my tenant purchased a new condo and moved out. This gave me the opportunity to have new floors installed so I scheduled a date to have the floors installed by Floor Store. My tenant took longer than expected to close escrow with changing closing dates. This caused many delays with the installation. Had them install hardwood floors and new carpet in late August and loved the results. They were very quick, experienced and did a great job with us being in the house still.
