Advance Restoration

I would definitely recommend Advance Restoration. Our basement was flooded last year and we called Advance for clean up, mitigation and rebuild. Bryan, Jillian, and Jake were all awesome to work with. The cleanup/mitigation crew were prompt and did a great job removing water and damaged materials. Advance Restoration worked with our insurance company and were able to get our basement back to great shape. Jillian ensured that all the repairs were done quickly and within budget. Hopefully we will never have an incident like this again, but I would not hesitate to call Advance Restoration if faced with a similar problem.

Great Company! Had a terrible basement flood the mitigation team came out immediately after calling to stop the flooding and tear out everything wet and dry everything out. Jake the estimator worked with our insurance to get the most coverage to put everything back together. Jillian did a great job as our reconstruction project manager to help us put everything back together once everything was approved by our insurance adjuster. Highly recommended

I had a broken water pipe saturated almost half my basement. James was professional and concerned about my situation. He came out same day which was Sunday. His crew wasn't available so he came out himself to extract the water to prevent further damage . He was in constant contact with me and guided me on how to do an insurance claim. His crew came on Tuesday to finish up. I received the same professionalism from Matt and his crew . They were constantly reassuring me they got this and I don't have to do a thing. We're not finished yet with this but I have no doubts it's going to be great. I highly recommend this company.

Do not use this company. They will bankrupt you. We had a devastating house fire and it’s been almost 2 years and we are going bankrupt because this company won’t do any actual work. They wouldn’t give our insurance the paperwork they wanted so it is taking so much longer than it should. Please if you value your life and belongings, use anybody but these guys! I still don’t have a house and it will be 2 years in May.

This company is scammers, they came out when I was most vulnerable and my home was a mess did all of these measurements and never turned in an estimate! Then stated I had to sign a contract before the would give me an estimate, but there website specifically states they give estimates! An entire week him and his boss gave us the runaround as well as the adjuster! This has been a nightmare and they have made it worst! I would never call this company for anything!
