They were doing a tree job down the street. They illegally dumped their oak leaf litter ontop of our nice chipped redwood in front of our solar panels, they were confronted by two neighbors, they told me the foreman would come down to discuss with me, then they denied it was them now I have to resort to civil action. I posted two pics one of our chipped redwood and one of their dirty grey leaf litter duped ontop of ours.

Advance Tree Service, State license: 611120, dumped gross tree debris, roots, leaves, sticks, etc on my entire Danville driveway and refuses to remove. Office Manager promised me Darren Edwards, #WE-6447A, owner, would call me to resolve matter, but Darren is unresponsive. I don’t recommend Advance Tree Service who gives misleading advertisement, is unprofessional, and dumped an entire 2 car driveway of tree trash. I left several messages to ask company to remove tree trash to no avail.

I have used this company at least 3 times and I will not use anyone else. Darren the owner is so nice, easy to talk to and so knowledgeable. They came, did an outstanding job, even cleaned up extra by blowing my entire patio. They are fast and everyone who works here is kind, respectful and just outstanding. I also love talking to Mardell when I call the office. Great job and outstanding service! They also dump free wood chips if you ask to be on the list, but they always call before they show up. The review about them dumping wood chips randomly I find so incredibly difficult to believe after my experience. You will not be disappointed if you use this company. I highly recommend them

If you are looking for a Tree company that thrusts unneccessary liability on you and your neighbors, these guys are for you! My neighbor was having trees taken down on our property line in early June 2019, not a problem. However, upon getting to my house to work on my unsafe deck (it sits 20 ft up, had no hand rail and my partner and i had been replacing joists. I wouldnt let my own sub contractors on the deck) I find an employee of Advances Tree Services trespassing on my deck. The company nor the foreman even attempted to gain my permission before hopping on my unsafe deck. When I pressed the foreman, his excuse was "your neighbor said you werent home." Now I talked to my neighbor before and after this. 1. Ive been at that house from the hours of 9am-5pm everyday since January 8th.

Our entire experience with Advanced Tree Services has been fantastic! I received a quote within 1 business day of my first call and got the service scheduled for the following day. They cleaned all the dead limbs of our giant tree. I can see the sun, the moon and the stars!! :D
