We’ve had an excellent experience with Advanced Appliance Repair. Their technician, Garrison, repaired both our stove and our washing machine, and each time he was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problems and completed the repairs with care and attention to detail. What really stood out was their communication and responsiveness. Scheduling was easy, they kept us informed throughout the process, and they were prompt and reliable. It’s clear they respect their customers’ time and take pride in their work. We’re very grateful to have found a company we can trust and will absolutely call Advanced Appliance Repair again in the future. Highly recommended.

DONAVAN, the AAR repair technician, was very resourceful and persistant in diagnosing and repairing the clogged filter system preventing my GE Combo from functioning. He explained how this can happen and recommend that I purchase a $9 GE cleaning tool and how to use it. Excellent service from AAR.

Kelly was awesome, helping coordinate an appt with Donovan that same morning after our washing machine drain stopped working. Donovan showed up 15 minutes later. Super knowledgeable, technical and friendly, he diagnosed the problem quickly. This was his second time helping us....he diagnosed and fixed our new grill and oven on a previous visit when another repair company had been out and couldn't! Kelly at AAR's office is prompt, kind, and professional. They have an excellent system for scheduling and confirming appointments. Donovan, the repair technician, was professional and knowledgeable in resolving the H2O error on my GE dishwasher. He was persistent, quick to follow up, and walked me through the problem and potential options for solutions. Donovan also explained how to work with GE to request a replacement part. AAR went above and beyond to resolve my dishwasher issue. I will using them again if I have other appliance needs.

I can't say enough about the quality of service at Advanced Appliance Repair here in Durango. When a complex machine breaks it wreaks havoc and anxiety. From the first step of speaking with Jan in the office to set up an appointment to checking out when the machine is fixed (it's always fixed at Advanced Appliance), the process is smooth, easy and professional. In particular, one of the technicians personally trained and mentored by the owner, Gary, was a young man named Donovan. He was so easy to work with and he took the time to show me how to fix my troubled dishwasher the next time and how to avoid problems. Instead of being aggravated about the whole visit I felt uplifted and pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend AAR and in particular, Donovan.
