Two weeks ago we discovered a longstanding mold issue in our Bodo commercial property. I owned a water damage mitigation company (Sierra Cleaning and Restoration) in Durango from 1976 to 1991. Since then, I've continued as an instructor and consultant to the cleaning and restoration industry. However, I don't have the very specialized equipment (or latest knowledge) for mold issues. Richard and his team at Ultrasteam are always top notch in everything they do, from carpet/upholstery cleaning to full-on restoration. Dustin did a really stellar job cleaning all of the carpet and upholstery in our house yesterday; taking great care to do all the necessary preparation before proceeding with the cleaning. Everything looks brand new and it was pretty rough before from kids & pets; feels great coming home to such a transformation. Bravo!!

Dustin and Travis were absolutely fantastic. They arrived early, worked diligently all day without stopping, and kept us updated with clear communication while also being excellent listeners. What stood out even more was their flexibility and professionalism. My husband had a tragic medical accident, and we weren’t able to get everything off the floors as planned. Dustin and Travis didn’t miss a beat. They were kind, understanding, and even helped move a few bags and boxes so they could get the carpets cleaned properly. Their ability to roll with the punches, combined with their hard work and great attitude, made the whole experience stress-free. UltraSteam saved our rental house! They came in on short notice and tackled our extremely dirty carpets and deep-cleaned every surface beyond our expectations.
