So far I am very happy with M&R! I have a potential leak and they got a tech out to me the verynext day! Kory thoroughly investigated everything to find the root cause and did a great job explaining the issues and recommended solutions with me. The technician Tyler was absolutely wonderful. He tried several things to get my current water heater going to no avail. Called the office arranged for a new heater to be delivered. He installed it after making a few adjustments on the floor it sits on and I now have hot water again! Tyler, thanks so much for your great service and the care you took when entering my home. M&R come out on a Sunday to troubleshoot our no hot water situation, unfortunately they discovered issues with out existing boiler that we could no longer get parts to support (manufacturer out of business). Sterling and Thane gave us several options to replace the boiler. We decided to replace with an IBC high efficiency combination boiler. Obid arrived on Monday morning to start demo. He communicated his arrival time and showed up as expected. He and the crew (Michael, Sterling and others) works long days to get us hot water and heat in a very fast manner. They were on site for 3 long days and did a fantastic, clean installation. I would highly recommend M&R Services for your plumbing needs. 5 star service.

After a pleasant first encounter at my home with M&R I felt informed about what type of help M&R would be able to provide for our failing septic system. Robert Twyman accommodated my schedule and met me at my workplace to bring me the quote for anticipated work and explained in detail the process. I really appreciated that. M and R was super helpful! Chandler was very professional and gave me options for repairing versus replacing our water heater. Price was quite reasonable and once he was at our residence he worked quickly and efficiently. My partner thought to turn off the water and the water heater as well as drain the water heater as soon as we noticed the leak. It would have been nice for the lady who I spoke to on the phone to recommend those things as it saved us quite of bit of time for the installation having our tank already drained when chandler arrived. Overall very pleased!
