Mountain Septic

My lift station needed new pumps I called Mountain septic and the office person said it would be a week out she was not sure what was on the schedule. I told her I was really hoping to get it done sooner she gave me the phone number for the technician. I called him and he just happend to be driving by my place he stopped by looked at the project said he could do it the next day gave me a quote on his phone I approved and received an email immediately. He showed up the next day on time and I even got a text when he was on his way. he completed the task quickly. A few days later I checked on the station and saw that it was not working properly called the tech and he apologized for the issue. He sent a truck out and pumped it out. This company was quick to respond and service was as expected, really better to be honest. The price was actually very good. I was glad I called before winter rolled in and things went wrong. I think if you plan ahead you will get the best price, which makes it easier as a home owner to schedule annually. I wanted covers for my tank access and they had them on the truck, billed me in the driveway for the best service. #1 in a #2 business.

Derek showed up promptly when I received the text and helped me learn how my septic tank worked, precisely after pumping. We had our toilets gurgling so I wanted to know exactly when there is a major issue or if our tank is just full. He was very friendly and I believe mountain septic has the best pricing around! Will recommend for sure
