I’m a new homeowner and six months into homeownership the thermostat and sensor on the old 9 year old water tank died. I called Four Seasons and they were out within 2 hours to evaluate my situation and make recommendations. I could either repair the old water tank which would be the band-aid approach with no guarantees something else wouldn’t go wrong or I could opt to replace with an entirely new water tank. I went with the second option and 24 hours later one of Four Seasons’ affiliated companies Advantage Plumbing was back at my house removing the old tank and installing a new tank that will hopefully last for as long as I own the home. I had a great experience with Four Seasons 😊. I required prompt service and they were able to accommodate me for the same day to tend to my furnace service. As the temperature has been so cold, this worked out greatly. Alex fixed my issue quickly and is very knowledgeable in his trade.
