Todd has serviced our house twice. Once for the dryer for a new heating element. The second was for our washer needing new suspensions. Todd is extremely knowledgeable, very kind, and will point you in the right direction. Prices have been very fair for the amount of services he has provided my household. What an amazing experience! From the moment I called Todd, he was responsive and very communicative. He made sure to ask me the model of my appliance prior to the visit, came prepared with the necessary parts and on time the NEXT DAY! I am always interested in how to fix things on my own, and he allowed me to watch, explained the entire process, and gave me future maintenance recommendations, along with potential issues. What a comfortable and great learning experience. The price was very reasonable, and I gained a ton of knowledge for the future! I will definitely be recommending Todd (and his grandson Barrett!) to my friends and using them both should anything else break.
