Chris did a great job installing ceiling fan/light. He arrived when he said he would and got to work. It was obvious he knew what he was doing and quickly and efficiently completed the task. Chris was also happy to incorporate several little cosmetic improvements I requested - no problem! Chris is very congenial. He was also mindful of my dog and took pains not to let her out the door. Chris was also considerate in cleaning up the work area and organizing the spare parts. Very reasonable and fair price. I will definitely be calling him in the future!

I was out shoveling snow this morning and two strangers with a snow blower asked me my age and if I needed help. I told them I was over 80 and thought I could do it. They just proceeded to clear my driveway out of the goodness of their hearts. I want everyone to know that there are still good people in this world and especially in Kent County. Thank you Chris. I can't say enough great things about Chris and BayView Handyman Services! Chris recently handled a pretty major project for me that involved a lot of work. BayView completed a full interior paint job on my 4 bedroom house, which many of the walls required extensive prep work. BayView also replaced closet doors, power-washed the exterior, cleaned the gutters, replaced a sump pump, and did some waterproofing work on the chimney. As a result, I'm able to give a first hand opinion on many of BayView's services. I found BayView's work to be outstanding quality and the prices are really reasonable! Large screen porch needed total re-screening. We were offered three different screen materials and selected their best recommendation. Job completer in just 2 days including replacement of some rotted frames. Pricing very fair and left the area squeaky clean. Cheerful professional service.

What can I say, these guys were great. Completely removed and replaced a condensation pump in less than an hour. Another company who was supposed to complete this, Pinder Service, still waiting over a year and a half but they have a ticket to do it. Bayview, You guys are AWESOME.
