On the afternoon of Christmas Eve I found my toilets were clogged. I called Davis Plumbing and left a message, thinking no one would return my call. Within minutes Robin called me back, on Christmas Eve! She took down some information and would contact the Owner and call me back. True to her word she called back and said he would be out to take a look as soon as he could. He showed up within an hour or so, on Christmas Eve! Davis Plumbing remodeled a full bathroom (twice when I changed my mind on the shower size🤦‍♀️). New shower, vanity, toilet and fixtures. They also installed a dishwasher and detected and fixed an emergency time sensitive issue prior to settlement on my house. My home was kept clean, they used drop cloths and cleaned the area daily upon departure.

We had a pipe burst the night before and had to shut the water off. I called and was called right back and told someone would be there today. Very pleasant gentleman and they saved the day quickly! Will definetly recommend them and call for any future needs!

Had a leak on a Saturday, I called and left a message and went and shut the water off. Got a call back quickly and was given DJ's number. He came out quickly and resolved the issue. I told him about some other problems I've been having with my water softener. I have had a sediment filter, charcoal filter and new water softener installed. We have been drinking water from a water cooler for years. It is great being able to drink our well water again!

My most recent appointment has left a very bad taste in my mouth for these guys. I would normally recommend them to everyone as doing good work for reasonable prices but I think that's changed. They charged me 200 bucks for basically confirming the leak I called about without fixing it and changing a well pressure switch I could have done myself in about 15 or 20 minutes. They lied about arrival time (my video doorbell has timestamps) and seemed to dawdle in what they did here to extend their time. I could tell they were milking it while they were here because they'd disappear for 10 minutes at a time for two things that were very straightforward. Overall I'm very unhappy at this time.
