I have Had a pool for the past 30 years and learned more from Josh, who opened my pool on care and maintenence than I have in that time. Josh is a pure customer care professional and pool pro. Thank you for the opportunity from his advice and expertise.

I called this business before going to see if they had the item I needed.First time visiting this store. I needed a small sump pump and this was the only establishment that had one. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this business highly.

We have owned/maintained our pool for 12 years now. My first trip into Sparkle Pools in Chestertown, MD was today. I took in a water sample and went over the results with Jesse. He was very helpful and informative. He took the time to explain in great detail what I had to do and how I had to do it. He also informed me that our two dogs spending the weekend in the pool with us is the equivalent of us having 20 bathers in the pool and that is where our free chlorine is going.

I came in looking for goggles for swimming, the employees were very helpful as well as very kind, they are pricey but offer a 25% discount depending on when you come in. Very well put together business!

Had a problem with our circulator motor and they came prepared with a new motor if neccessary. It turned out to be a repairn which they did. Nice experience.
