We worked with Rodney and Brandon at Affordable Basement Pros, and the experience was outstanding. The team was organized, knowledgeable, and clear about every deadline, estimate, and action item. The process was smooth from start to finish. The workmanship was excellent, and the final result blended perfectly with the rest of our home. The estimate was accurate, and the communication was top-notch.

They have been good to us over the years. Helping with many different projects. The owner had some health problems, and the new management is even more helpful. The latest project they helped us with was an update to our basement finishing, which included an apartment for our daughter, who is getting married. As usual, they did it for a great price and with professionalism. Thank you for all of your help over the years.

They go by multiple names, they also go by Utah basement specialist. Avoid if their names our Jd and Doug. 11 months on less than a 12 week job. With what we have been having to deal with I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THEM! Not only do they drag on, they aren't not professional, they have people who can careless to do work for them so they do crappie work. We've been told by multiple people they use they tell them it doesn't have to be perfect just get it done and allot of times they have a hard to getting paid for there jobs and unfortunately us customs have to pay for there actions. Don't even try to bother on calling JD if you have concerns about it because he really shows he doesn't care by ignoring every call, emails or texts. Austin is a great project manager. He took the time to answer our questions and keep us informed throughout the basement finishing process. We had one complication that was quickly resolved. Once lighting was installed, we noticed a long, poorly finished seam in the ceiling. Despite the basement being nearly complete, Austin and his crews had the problem resolved in three days. Fantastic service.
