He pointed out some tiny holes we had on the outside of our house that could easily turn into pest homes so we were aware and could fill them. He even gave my husband a lesson on trimming our bushes. I was at work in the office, but the tech kept me informed. I had them inspect a home that was about to go on the market and I didn't want any bugs. They arrived on the same day that I called. Then I needed to get the house termite-treated. I immediately phoned them back, and they took excellent care of me. The technician who treated and inspected my home came by my companies office building to pick up the key, so I didn't have to return to the house early the next morning on my tenting day.
