Took my money and ran. Was brought in initially for a Diagnostic, which he gave and I paid for it. I was quoted $500 for a new part and 500 for labor, with the 500 for part being due upfront. He claimed 3 to 5 days delivery. Three weeks later, radio silence. I reached out and he claimed he was having issues with his supplier. I found half a dozen alternative sources with a 30 second Google search. He said he would try one of those, but another full week that went by and I heard nothing. The final straw was my toddler, waking up crying from naps with her hair plastered to her head drenched in sweat. I called and canceled and requested a refund for my deposit. He said he would give me one, but it’s been a week and a half and still nothing once again. I will likely be pursuing legal action.

They were fast to quote our HVAC issue, quick to buy the parts, and came in 2-3 business days later to install the new system. Super easy and friendly!
