Looking for the right partner to add a chimney feature to my existing stone wall was not easy…until I connected with Mannie and her team. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, and efficient (the whole project took less than a month!). What stood out most was their eye for design. The new chimney blends seamlessly with the existing stonework, as if it had always been part of the original plan. Mannie was flexible as our ideas evolved, yet precise in delivering on my more demanding specifications. The end result exceeded my expectations and added real character to the space. This is my fourth time working with Levaca Construction and I have to say, Mannie and her team are amazing. 10 years ago she installed a 40x20 ft paver patio, a stone wall with lighting, and a rear walkway at my primary residence. 2 years later she put in a beautiful curved front walkway. Several years after she did a full paver patio and outdoor kitchen for my in-laws, and she just finished a paver patio and walkway at my beach house. Every job has come out perfect! Her team is reliable, friendly, clean, and hard working. Mannie (the owner) is honest and ethical and just a great person.
