Amazing HVAC service – fast, professional, and lifesaving! Our HVAC technician Ayden came out today and quickly identified and fixed the problem with great accuracy. I called round 2:30 to see if they could squeeze me in that same day. With temps in the single digits and lots of snow, I was afraid they wouldn’t be able to get me in. The dispatcher was extremely nice and had someone at my house by 5 pm. Mitch was absolutely fantastic. He thoroughly explained everything and was extremely professional. We shopped around and felt most comfortable with Honest Air. We interviewed a larger company who had their up-sales and recommendations scripted. It was not personalized at all. Then we interviewed a small local company with only a handful of employees. We didn't feel confident that they could handle the big job, or even that they would still be in business in 10 years. Honest Air was a perfect fit of size, but still very focused on personalized service. I called our account rep, Justin, with questions and he answered the phone right away and made time to talk.
