We tried multiple other companies who could not figure out the issues that we were having. The owner Robert came out and immediately was able to identify several issues that were done incorrectly by another company. He was able to fix the issues and get us up and running.

I used this company for myself, and six months later for my dad. I especially appreciated the responsiveness and answers to our questions, and the opportunity to finance a large purchase like an air conditioning system. Robert was on time, and his workers are too notch. Hilary is the easiest to deal with as far as scheduling and the financing! Will always recommend this company….

Tech/owner only wants to do easy work. If it requires more than 1 trip to fix said problems he will be rude and give you attitude, not to mention the owner/tech would give us different answers for the issues each time he came out. Do not recommend this place. Please save yourself the headache and go with reputable company.

The owner/ technician has 20 violations with the CSLB for replacing our air-conditioner with a illegal unit. In Northern California it must be at least a 14.3 sear unit. He put in a 13.8 sear unit. He did not get a permit, he didn't replace the evaporative coil but said he did on paper. It was an illegal contract. The unit ran nonstop, so we called him back. He said it was our fault, that our electrical board wasn't working. The unit blew up after 2 months of non-stop running. The CSLB fined him $10,750 for all the violations and awarded us $10,951 for a new unit with another company. He has appealed the CSLB recommendation. Now it's going to Attorney Generals office. It's been 2 Summers now and could be another year before settled. Do yourself a favor and don't call this crook.
