I have been with air masters for many many years and they are the best hands down! Steven and Kevin are amazing! Very professional, courteous, prompt, and very reasonable prices. They recently installed a new heat pump and I'm so thankful for them! They've also replaced all the duct work in my home a few years back. They go above and beyond in customer service! They've always been upfront and honest, which is very hard to find nowadays! They genuinely care about their customers. I would highly recommend!

I’ve called on AirMaster to address my HVAC needs for years now. Some of their technicians, Steven and Austin, are professional, courteous, and compassionate. They are like kind neighbors willing to be supportive and helpful to remedy the need when your family is suffering from heat or cold. Recently the AC unit just stopped. I called after hours expecting to leave a voicemail but instead got Steven. He listened with interest and care. Next day, they came only to discover a single wire had a short. They easily repaired with just a service call. I appreciate their integrity and not trying to sell an unnecessary part or even a whole unit. I would like to thank Air Masters Heating and Cooling in Gaston, SC, for the awesome job they did with my HVAC and ductwork. I would recommend this company to anyone needing the service. Austin, Steven, Charles and Cam was the team that serviced my system. I met them through my home warranty, however the work they did wasn't covered it was additional work that I needed to have done. I chose Air Masters over another company because I could sense the honesty of Austin who did the warranty work and Steven who gave the the estimate for the additional work.
