Tip-Top Roofing & Construction

I needed a complete reconstruction of my roof. This included a new plywood roof deck overlayed on the existing deck, which dated back to 1935, plus a synthetic felt underlayment, and new Owings Corning Williamsburg Gray Architectural shingles. During their inspection, Tip-Top also discovered that a fair number of my rafters under the eaves were rotten and that this had been concealed by a paint job five years ago. The results were perfect. Ronnie is a straight shooter and was a pleasure to work with. Tip-Top's crew operated like a well-oiled machine--punctual, disciplined, efficient, and extraordinarily hard working. I could not recommend them more highly.

We needed to have our roof replaced and some additional repairs after we had a fairly large tree come down during Hurricane Helene. Tip Top Roofing happened to drive by, we chatted and they came back that same day to remove the tree from the house and put a Tarp over the impacted area to prevent further damages. Everyone was super easy to work with, the new roof looks amazing, there were a few concerns that were addressed promptly and follow up walk through was done to make sure that everything was 100%. We are completely satisfied with the workmanship and overall service with Tip-Top Roofing! Definitely recommend! Thank you for returning the house to better than it was before the storm.

This is a great family run company. They were quick to respond when called. And the estimate was fair. They removed and reinstalled the new roof in one day. The roof looks great and they did a great cleanup when completed.would highly recommend Tip top Roofing!
